Lori-Beth was born and raised outside of Austin, Texas. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Texas A&M University. After beginning her Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy she was offered the position of Controller at a local law firm. Under the leadership of her boss, both friend and mentor, her passion for helping others was coupled with a developing interest in business management and workflow processes. As part of their executive team, Lori-Beth developed quarterly goals, operational standards, and customer service standards that helped facilitate the growth of their offices in Austin, Bryan/College Station, and Waco.

In 2008, Lori-Beth relocated to Los Angeles with her husband. Shortly thereafter, she joined forces with Los Angeles entrepreneur and venture capitalist, Andy Funk. Together, they have worked on various companies that provide not just financial returns, but also significant social and environmental impact.

Lori-Beth was one of the first members of the Pink Lotus Breast Center team, and with a quickly growing skillset, Lori-Beth was soon promoted to Chief Operating Officer, where she now oversees all aspects of the company's operation. With a family history of breast cancer, providing unrivaled care to women with breast cancer has special meaning to Lori-Beth, so when the days are long, this keeps her focused and motivated to accomplish even more.

Lori-Beth is also a director of Pink Lotus Petals, a Los Angeles based non-profit that provides funding for women who are uninsured and underinsured and in need of treatment today.

In her private time, Lori-Beth enjoys mountain biking, running and cheering on her husband Brent in his athletic endeavors.
